Hello & Welcome!
My name is Clémence Heymelot and I am the founder and owner of Phase Clé Events. I’ve spent the last decade perfecting my skills in the event industry between France and the US and I have grown fond of building experiences sur-mesure for my clients. In the Bay Area since 2016, I am proud and grateful to call Sonoma County my "home away from home" (I am originally from Brittany, the most beautiful region of France), and to be able to create highly tailored and unique experiences for my clients, wherever their vision and dreams take me.
I acted as the Event Director for a cycling production company in Santa Rosa for over seven years and have a Master's Degree in Sporting Events and Sport Management, making sporting events my field of predilection, with a specialty in cycling events. Passionate about the outdoors and being active ("movement is medicine"), I grew up in a rowing team in my hometown of Nantes, France, and am today an avid cyclist, hiker, and lover of all times spent outside creating connections with my deeper self, my clients, and the world around me.
My life story and professional background have led me to be always solution-oriented, extremely driven, fiercely resilient, genuine, and passionate in everything I do, to remain calm and rational under pressure, and to see happiness in the little things.
From my journey, I have the immense richness of having a thorough understanding of both the French and American cultures, and I thrive on being able to combine both and contributing and giving back to my local community in all the ways I can.
My Philosophy
I strongly believe that the key (clé) to the success of an event, big or small, is making sure each planning phase is executed flawlessly and within the proper timeline, checking all the boxes one by one, as the excitement generated by the event itself keeps growing in anticipation of a memorable experience for all the actors involved. I am the person behind the scenes making this happen for you. I named my company "Phase Clé" because it symbolizes the key phases of planning an event. It's what I'm passionate about, what I'm good at, and what I can do for you.
